Match Report

Compared to to the previous game, only one change was revealed in the starting line up. Ryan replaced Alex in goal, who was unavailable.

The team made one key change right before the game though, with Joachim stepping in for the injured Jacob, and Theo moving back to center-back in the 3-4-3 formation.

The match started with strong team play. In the 12th minute, Ian played a smart ball to James, who then set up Artin perfectly for the opener—an excellent team move that got the scoring underway. However, in the 26th minute, a throw in was not defended decisively enough at the edge of the box, and and the opponent who received the cut back ball made no mistake, finding the back of the net to equalize.

There was another close call in the first half when Artan got free off a corner but just missed connecting with the header. Despite that, the team continued to push forward and remained in control. In the 43rd minute, Ian got the ball out on the right wing and passed it to James on the edge of the box. James made a clever move around the defenders and scored to give the team a 2-1 lead.

Just before halftime, in the 45th minute, Artin delivered a ball to Ian on the right wing. Joachim made a brilliant run to his left, found himself one-on-one with the keeper, but unfortunately couldn't finish, despite the great build-up. Still, the team went into the break with the lead.

Second Half
The momentum continued in the second half. In the 47th minute, James added another goal down the left-hand side after a Theo set piece to further extend the team's lead.

In the 55th minute, Alejandro came on to replace James. Artin had a free-kick opportunity soon after, but it was saved by the keeper. Shortly after, Ian crossed the ball to Juraj, who made a well-timed run into the box but narrowly missed with a header, sending it just over the bar.

Joachim then created a dangerous moment down the left, dribbling past a couple of defenders before cutting the ball back to Artin. However, Artin's shot was blocked by the opposition's defense.

Defensively, the team was solid, with Artan making a crucial slide tackle to deny their winger, who had dribbled past two defenders on the right. It was a key defensive moment that likely saved a goal.

Final Thoughts
A great overall performance from the team, particularly with the improvements in defense compared to last week's goals after set pieces. A well-deserved win, with a solid team effort from both the attack and defense.
